It was another gorgeous day out until about 10 minutes ago when the rain finally made it’s appearance. Honestly, I love the rain, but when I’m eating way too much food, I prefer nicer outside weather so I can attempt to walk more.
I did my 5k training run inside earlier in the day.

After Luke got off work, we ordered pizza from East of Chicago (so not good for the WW diet). So we decided to walk some of it off. We did 4 laps of our regular walk, for just over 2 miles! I’m getting a lot of heel pain on my left foot (probably the heel spurs), but I’m pushing through it the best I can, because I know I’m always going to have some amount of foot pain, and I can’t let it stop me or the weight will come back.
