Our mama Robin is still holding strong! I really hope that no stray cats or raccoons happen upon the nest during this process.

The mama Robin has a patch on her belly called a brood patch. This is a spot where the feathers fall out, so her body heat can go right up against the eggs to keep them warm enough. Her other feathers cover it over so you don’t see it.
It’s Tuesday, so we had our zoom karate lessons today!
Today was the day non essential businesses could reopen their doors. Restaurants, salons, and tattoo shops are following at the end of this week. Gyms and daycares are still unknown, large gatherings are still canceled, masks are still recommended for everyone, and employers mandate it for their employees. We also found out through antibody testing that Ohio had cases of coronavirus back in January. The stay at home order is still in effect until the end of the month, and obviously a lot of places are still letting people work from home if they are able to.
