Traveling With Animals Back Home

9:31 pm | |

We are actually in Atlanta, Georgia right now for Luke’s job. Yes, that means we left the chickens, ducks, cats, dogs, turtles, rabbits, and bees!

Working from home has many advantages, but sometimes you just have to be there. We decided to make a family trip out of it and visit some places while down here, enriching our education and knowledge of Georgia!

Thankfully, we have help back home that makes sure the animals have food and water and are put away safely every night. Still, that doesn’t stop the worrying. Texts, calls, and a quick webcam setup help out.

My webcam feed to check on the little chicken our last broody hen hatched. We quickly bought more chicks so this one wouldn’t grow up alone, but mama hen isn’t the biggest fan of them. So far they live in peace though.

We are making the 10 hour drive home tomorrow, and then we can give our overview on the places we visited down here! Stay tuned for our Georgia Adventure Roadtrip!
