Day 9: “Rest Day”

The Stay at Home order for Ohio goes into effect tonight at 11:59PM. It doesn’t change our day to day from the past week by much, but it’s a very odd feeling to know something historical is happening and I’m just trying to live a normal day.

I woke up hurting today, and didn’t even do my morning YouTube walk. I basically binge watched Bones on Hulu all day. When I decided to get eggs, I figured, what the hell, I need to do some form of exercise, so I walked. Luke joined me a little late into my walk, so I got a little extra time in today.

The underlined red section was the stretch I double walked when Luke caught up.

I’ve still been eating way too much, but what has saved me this week was FitPoints on my WW app. With all of my walking and 5k app, I’ve accumulated these points to use throughout the week on top of my daily and weekly smart points.

The main picture on this post however, is a list of things I hope to do during our lockdown. Some we do or have done before, and some are new (to at least the girls anyway). Stay safe! ☄🌟
