So, since actively trying to stay home, I’ve been snacking more. Maybe the stress and anxiety are starting to sink in, but it’s something I need to curb.
One thing I should easily be able to do is increase exercise… right? I lack the motivation, but I certainly have the time.
Since Wednesday, I’ve been doing a one mile walk in the mornings.
I also downloaded a 5K app that counts down the time intervals between warm ups, run/walks, and cool downs. So much easier than timing it myself!
Here’s hoping I can stick to this!
