Day 19: Making Better Choices

That’s the advice I need to follow to continue my weight loss journey.

I made a choice to have turkey hot dogs instead of beef. I made a choice to have vegetables instead of a bun. I made a choice to put a shot of cherry vodka in my cup of pop (OK, that choice probably wasn’t as healthy 🤣).

I chose to do 2 walks today since the weather was decent.

I chose to stroll through Tulla Brynn Woods in the backyard.

The amount of work that needs done to the property weighs heavily on me, and it brings me down, but I’m choosing to continue to focus on my health first, and eventually, maybe we’ll get some projects done.
