Today was a very lazy day. The wind has been gusting all day, making it too cold and dangerous for a walk. I’m not sure my shoulder would handle it anyway. I’ve barely exercised all week because of the pain. It’s like a slight dislocation that aggravates all the surrounding muscles and stiffens everything up.
The bird (I believe it’s a Robin) is doing well constructing the next on the front porch!
