First off, I skipped the bike this morning, and went for my next 5k run. I knew I’d be a lot more active today, and I didn’t want to fall further behind with my runs. I also knew exercising after a day of work was unlikely, so I probably wouldn’t get the run in if I waited.
Our weekend warrior project was to extend the chain link fencing out the backdoor, to give the dogs more space to run (and poop). Apollo is great to leave anywhere in the yard, but Artemis and Tim don’t listen well enough to not dart off at something, so the fence is great, especially in the Winter, instead of walking them on a leash to do their business.
Of course, it’s not finished. We need top and bottom bars installed. It is functional though! None of our dogs are fence bouncers, so it’s just wire tied to poles for right now.
We had to go through a wood pile, so we have a lot of wood we need to move eventually, but for now, it works! Yay! Stay safe! ☄🌟
