Anxiety, Weight Loss, and Homesteading…

How about a little bit of everything in one post? First off, my cover photo has two baby bunnies playing at the edge of our woods (in case you couldn’t tell, because I had to zoom in all the way!)

Anyway, there are days when anxiety gets the best of me. I was generally half high functioning, and half super mega panic, but I had a med change before this pandemic hit and most of the time I seem to keep it high functioning.

Still, with an upcoming college exam, on top of the usual worries and the oddball worries since we are in apocalypse world, it’s been tough to stay on track with diet and exercise.

I did weigh in -1.4lbs today. I need to add walking or the recumbent bike back into my routine, but choosing healthier foods is helping!

Chicken quesadilla with carb counter tortillas and a measured amount of cheese. Turkey hot dog with mixed vegetables.

We also have another chicken hatching! Hopefully by tomorrow morning I can put it with the other two baby chicks.

In the darker picture, you can see a beak! 🐣

We also got primer on the bottom of my desk, and the first coat of poly on the top!

And finally, a few pictures around the homestead!

A bee pin a coworker gave me, yellow Asiatic Lillies, baby blueberries, elderberry flower buds, catalpa tree flowers.

Stay safe! ☄🌟
